Our goal is to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shipping process to guarantee your satisfaction. Below you will find the details of our shipping process.
SHIPPING AREA
Country: We currently deliver to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, Sweden, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Germany, the United States, Canada, and Denmark. Expansion to other regions will be considered in the future.
SHIPPING COSTS
To the countries listed above: Free shipping on all orders.
No hidden fees: All fees are clearly stated during the checkout process.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Processing deadline: We process orders daily until 10:00 PM (GMT+01:00, Zurich).
Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 9 business days.
Business days: Shipping takes place Monday through Friday.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or transportation issues.
SHIPPING PROCEDURE
Reliable courier services: We ship with our partners Swiss Post, Royal Mail, PostNord, Correos, Poste Italiane, PostNL, bpost, InPost, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post.
Insured shipments: All shipments are insured. Please contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transport.
Eco-friendly packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our carbon footprint.
TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS
Tracking information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking details, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.
Track your order: You can track your order on our website. Simply enter your tracking number in our tracking portal to check your order status.

PROCEDURE FOR MISSING ITEMS
Report missing items: Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package at support@mila-moda.com.
Resolution: We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and send you a replacement item or offer a refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order is processed and prepared for shipping; cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within this timeframe by contacting our customer service at support@mila-moda.com. After 24 hours, cancellation is not possible, and you must follow the return procedure after receiving the order.
INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is correct and complete when placing the order. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrectly entered address data. If delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address information, the shipping costs we have incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, a processing fee of up to 10 CHF may be charged for handling the refund. If you, as a customer, want your order to be resent after correcting the address data, you will bear the shipping costs and any applicable processing fees for the reshipment.
